Peter, from Ormus Air, has proven to be up to the task of installing a new Brivis heater, ducting, and floor registers. The quote Peter provided was competitive with the one other quote I sought. Peter accommodated a three-stage installation, which required more than three site visits. He installed the first phase into the old house, then installed the subfloor components in the new extension, then installed the in floor components in that extension. He worked well with the other trades onsite. Though Peter assures me that I had a typical installation, I was pleased that he could break up the task to accommodate my schedule, as I needed. He purchased the floor registers I was after from overseas without additional charge (the registers were within the quoted cost but not the extra time to locate, negotiate with me, and conduct the purchase). He also discussed how to accommodate the latest Bushfire Attack Level Flame Zone building requirements. Peter conducted his work resourcefully and competently and himself with good humour and aplomb.

Peter, as the face of Ormus Air, provides a reliable, professional service that is completed quickly and to a high level of workmanship. It is easy to talk to him, and he is happy to listen to your ideas and act as a sounding board, but he will tell you honestly if something doesn’t work and offer alternatives. I find that he is realistic about the cost of the project yet still incredibly reasonably priced. His communication skills are great and he returns your call in a timely manner, always trying to schedule you in at the earliest possible time. I have no hesitation in using Peter’s services again and recommend him highly. Peter provides an efficient service with a high quality finish. I know if I have any problem he will take the time to resolve it in a timely manner.
